The number of monthly emails sends

This is based on the number of emails sends created using FeedOtter.  For example, if you publish a weekly newsletter you would likely have 4 monthly email sends (MES).

What features and integrations you need

If you'd like to connect custom CMS or ESP tools or you use a integration that requires more customized setup you may  need a specific plan.

How many users will be creating and editing emails

Our Premium plans start with 10 user licenses, we can customzie a plan to include however many users you may need (or build in unlimited users)

What happens if I go over my email newsletter send limit?

We'll never stand in the way of you automating your emails. FeedOtter will create as many automations as you need. If you exceed your plan limit by 20% or more for 3 months in a row our team may reach out to talk about upgrading you to a better plan for your needs.

How do you measure newsletter sends?

While FeedOtter creates the newsletter for you to send, a newsletter send is counted when FeedOtter successfully creates a newsletter in your email automation tool. All newsletters are sent to subscribers by your automation tool.

How long does it take to be up and running with FeedOtter automation?
